Dr. Shraya Sharma grew up in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Emory University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology and pursued a Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Early in her dental training at Harvard, Dr. Sharma found her passion for saving teeth and patient-centered care. She subsequently completed a rigorous two-year specialty training in Endodontics at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Sharma is committed to providing her patients with excellent care rooted in compassion and evidence-based measures.
Dr. Sharma has contributed to the field of Endodontics through her research as well as presentations at several national conferences. She is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. In her free time, Dr. Sharma enjoys playing the guitar, golfing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
One of my teeth has given me quite a lot of trouble in the last six months or so, and I’m so glad my dentist referred me to Premier for the necessary dental work. Dr. Sharma is one of the nicest people and has such a calm, warm demeanor, which is a huge asset in her work. If you have to get a root canal or dental surgery, I’d highly recommend Premier. I prefer to support women owned/run businesses so that was the first win for me. Dr. Bella was amazing and she treated my issue with care and explained all the options clearly, not ever making me feel uneasy about my decision. She guided me through my procedure in a thoughtful way.

Most relaxed root canal job I have ever had on a tooth. From the time you enter office you feel welcomed. Thank you to the hockey mom who had me laughing in chair and to Dr. Ptak for getting my tooth ready for my crown.
My old root canal was severely infected and painful. These wonderful endodontist looked to see if it could be saved and it could. They were honest and upfront about risk of loosing my tooth. They called me every night for 3 days and brought me back for long-acting Novocain so I did not have to take too much pain medicine. My tooth is saved and I have made new friends, My husband saw them and loved them and my son will see them soon.
Premier Endodontics in Waltham is fantastic. I saw Dr. Kathleen Molgaard yesterday and she is super skilled, super kind and made the experience so amazingly comfortable for me. Not enough stars to compliment her fully! Her assistant/hygienist, Maria was great, also! Staff is so friendly and the office is meticulous. Very impressive!!
Hooray for Dr. Jones and team! I can’t thank each of you enough for your thoughtful care and special attention in your various areas of expertise which blends into a wonderful team effort for those of us coming through the door as a patient.
I am so so deeply thankful to this practice for booking a same-day root canal appointment for me when I was in agony and unable to sleep the previous night. I couldn’t imagine waiting one more day to get the procedure done. They were able to see me within 2 hours of me calling and it was painless as soon as the novocaine set in.
Of course you don’t WANT a root canal, but if you’ve got to get one, this is the place to go.
I was treated with respect (despite my quarantine hair and my apparent inability to put on respectable-looking clothes anymore) and and abundance of kindness through the entire process. Not what I would do for fun, obviously, but as painless in every sense as it could possibly be. I saw Dr. Molgaard who I don’t see mentioned in other reviews but who is also awesome.
If you need a root canal, you need a Endodontist. If you need an Endodontist, I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Devon Ptak was amazing! Like most, I have an extremely irrational fear of going to the Dentist, let alone getting a root canal done. My two visits to Dr. Ptak were painless and easy and I definitely recommend her for any endodontic work you need to get done.
My experience with Premier Endodontics was nothing short of exceptional. I was referred to them for a root canal but after an extensive examination by D.M.D Shraya Sharma she was able to determine my pain was coming from another tooth that had a sever crack, the tooth was unsavable. After multiple x-rays and an in-depth consultation D.M.D Shraya explained I was experiencing referred pain from the cracked tooth. She advised against a root canal/ what was determined to be a healthy tooth and instead to extract the damaged tooth below. Both D.M.D Shraya and her receptionist Lorell assisted me with finding an in-network oral surgent to remove the tooth that same day. Lorell, was extremely helpful with locating an oral surgent within my dental network and faxed over all the necessary documentation. I highly recommend Premier Endodontics for both their professionalism and their care for their patients.
