I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Batsevitsky. When my dentist told me I needed a root canal, I expected the worst. With Dr. Batsevitsky, I received the best! The entire procedure took less then an hour. Her office is clean, modern and extremely organized. The equipment she uses is state-of-the-art. She specializes in root-canals so she is a true expert. I was very nervous going into the appointment because it was my first root canal but Dr. Batsevitsky talked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. She even followed up with me later that same evening to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Batsevitsky and her entire staff!

Thank you for a super professional job on my visit for an endodontic procedure last week. I have had root canals before in years past. This visit was very professional and painless. Dr. Jones was totally in charge of the patient experience from start to finish and I could tell that she is a true perfectionist in her determination and expertise in getting it done in one session. Being treated by Dr. Jones has been an excellent choice for me. She made what would have otherwise been an anxiety filled experience not be so. I just had my root canal procedure done here and the service was absolutely wonderful. They found an opening for me that fit my schedule and Dr. Batsevitsky walked me through every process. My teeth are quite sensitive and Dr. Batsevitsky took that into account and made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Premier Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal treatment. 10/10

Plain and simple: if you have to get a root canal, Premier Endodontics is the place to go and Dr. Jones is the doctor to see. From the consultation through the actual root canal, she was kind, enthusiastic, gentle and informative. She explained everything that she was doing and ensured me that I would feel no pain and, believe it or not, I didn’t!

Dr. Jones genuinely cares about her job and her patients and it shows from beginning to end. I hope to never need a root canal again (knock on wood) but if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Premier Endodontics and be seen by Dr. Jones.

Dr. Batsevitsky was amazing! She is an extremely caring and competent provider. She walked me through the entire procedure. It was pain free and the outcome was terrific in that she was able to save my tooth (which otherwise would have had to be extracted). Dr. Batsevitsky is truly genuine, honest, and talented.

I had just short of 3 months of some tooth pain and Dr. Jones really helped to put my mind at ease and walk me through the entire root canal process. She was optimistic and positive– which is so helpful when dealing with tooth pain. She does amazing work and explains every step of the process. I don’t think there is a more perfect combo of skill and personality for an endodontist. There are endodonists in my area, but I drove over an hour each way because, when you are dealing with something like a root canal, you want to go to the best.

Dr. Jones’s bedside manner made the time I spent there fly by. Her approach to patients should be used as a model for all future dentists (general or specialists alike). I wasn’t just a patient on her to do list. She really tried to connect with me and ease my extensive anxiety around going to the dentist. There are not enough stars to show how good Dr. Jones and her staff are!!!!!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Batsevitsky highly enough. I came to her after a dentist had botched a root canal and another endodontist had insisted I needed surgery to fix it because it couldn’t be repaired through my newly installed crown. Dr. B. told me she could repair it–and she did, painlessly. Throughout the endodontic retreatment, she explained everything to me carefully and treated me like a person, not a procedure.

I just completed my first visit and don’t think I’ve experienced such nice people in one office before! And very professional and helpful. I understood each step of the way what would happen next and why, and that was really helpful to know. The billing procedures are straightforward and efficient, and the office and equipment are clean and current. I appreciate everything about this practice so far!
