Thankfully I have only had one root canal thus far, but now that I have seen Dr. Batsevitsky, I will never go anywhere else. From the initial consultation to the completion of the treatment my experience was excellent. I had a moderate amount of anxiety about getting a root canal but the people at Premier Endodontics immediately put me at ease. The office was clean and comfortable, their equipment was state-of-the art, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Batsevitsky took the time to understand my concerns, answer all of my questions, and kept me informed during every step of the procedure. She even called me the next day just to see how I was feeling! My general dentist was extremely impressed by the quality of her work. I can’t recommend Dr. Batsevitsky highly enough. I came to her after a dentist had botched a root canal and another endodontist had insisted I needed surgery to fix it because it couldn’t be repaired through my newly installed crown. Dr. B. told me she could repair it–and she did, painlessly. Throughout the endodontic retreatment, she explained everything to me carefully and treated me like a person, not a procedure.

I just had my root canal procedure done here and the service was absolutely wonderful. They found an opening for me that fit my schedule and Dr. Batsevitsky walked me through every process. My teeth are quite sensitive and Dr. Batsevitsky took that into account and made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Premier Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal treatment. 10/10

Dr. Batsevitsky was amazing! She is an extremely caring and competent provider. She walked me through the entire procedure. It was pain free and the outcome was terrific in that she was able to save my tooth (which otherwise would have had to be extracted). Dr. Batsevitsky is truly genuine, honest, and talented.

I have horrible teeth. A general dentist performed the first root canal I ever had and the experience did not go so well. The filament fractured in my root canal and I had to have a root canal retreatment. I found Premier Endodontics based on their stellar reviews on google. I was so impressed. Dr. Bella B. did the root canal retreatment and was so gentle and kind. Everything was on time and I was adequately numb. Dr. Jones did my second root canal. I had the worst nerve pain in my molar due to a deep cavity under my crown. Dr. Jones was willing to see me at such short notice – the root canal took my pain down to 0/10. She explained everything she was going to do, step by step. Dr. Jones is so kind, patient, and gentle. The dental assistants (one was named Luz and I can’t remember the other one) were incredibly nice and welcoming as well. I’ll definitely be back if I need another root canal. They also give out little baggies of ibuprofen!

My root canal procedure took place on April 22, 2024. I would like to express enormous gratitude to Dr. Bella Batsevitsky for her care. She is very understanding, explanatory, answers all questions. I can’t say enough about Dr. Batsevitsky. She is not only AMAZING at what she does, but the manner in which she does it! She’s incredibly compassionate and competent beyond ANY medical/dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m terrified of going to the dentist and especially anxious when it involves more invasive procedures like root canals. I strongly recommend Dr. Bella Batsevitsky and the entire practice. I VERY rarely write reviews but realize how stressful this procedure can be and how critical it is to go to the right doctor. If you must see an endodontist (and sadly I’ve seen several), and are seeking the most pain free and competent procedure, this is your practice. Simply read her bio, she is absolutely brilliant! That alone would be good enough for me. Coupled with her compassionate, kind, “down to earth” personality she is truly the best. I live in Boston and am considering moving to another state. I will fly back to see her for future endodontic work – that says it all!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Batsevitsky. When my dentist told me I needed a root canal, I expected the worst. With Dr. Batsevitsky, I received the best! The entire procedure took less then an hour. Her office is clean, modern and extremely organized. The equipment she uses is state-of-the-art. She specializes in root-canals so she is a true expert. I was very nervous going into the appointment because it was my first root canal but Dr. Batsevitsky talked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. She even followed up with me later that same evening to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Batsevitsky and her entire staff!

Top notch staff and doctors. Was referred to this practice for two root canals and my worries were soon alleviated through Dr. Batsevitsky’s kindness and professionalism. Clean office with modern technology. The root canal procedures were pleasant and I was surprised at how painless and efficiently they were done at this practice. The entire procedure was painless. Typically, I am nervous when going to the dentist for most procedures but I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire appointment. Dr. Batsevitsky explained the entire procedure and helped answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend her and the practice!
