Here is something that you never see: a Dr texting you after your appointment to ask how you are doing and opening up that line of communication seeking your feedback. That is exactly what I received from Dr. Liz! You just don’t find that level of care, customer service, AND expertise in one business these days.

Dr. Batsevitsky was amazing! She is an extremely caring and competent provider. She walked me through the entire procedure. It was pain free and the outcome was terrific in that she was able to save my tooth (which otherwise would have had to be extracted). Dr. Batsevitsky is truly genuine, honest, and talented.

Being treated by Dr. Jones has been an excellent choice for me. She made what would have otherwise been an anxiety filled experience not be so. I needed follow care and she was responsive to my needs. She went so far as to contact me on a Sunday after I texted her about my concerns. All my issues were prompt resolved the following Monday morning. I highly recommend Dr Jones.

I met Dr. Bella Batsevitsky for my first visit and had an absolutely PAIN FREE root canal. I was terrified going in as it was my first experience with a root canal and the entire staff was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process, it was so much easier than I ever imagined. Dr. Batsevitsky was so kind and reassuring. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Batsevitsky. When my dentist told me I needed a root canal, I expected the worst. With Dr. Batsevitsky, I received the best! The entire procedure took less then an hour. Her office is clean, modern and extremely organized. The equipment she uses is state-of-the-art. She specializes in root-canals so she is a true expert. I was very nervous going into the appointment because it was my first root canal but Dr. Batsevitsky talked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable. She even followed up with me later that same evening to make sure I was doing well. I highly recommend Dr. Batsevitsky and her entire staff!

Dr. Jones made my first root canal experience easy and totally pain free! I was extremely nervous and Dr. Jones put me at ease immediately. She is so sweet and kind, and she explained everything so well and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way during the procedure. I can’t recommend Premier Endodontics and Dr. Jones enough! I would give 100 stars if I could.

I have moved around a lot for work and have seen many different dentists, but NOBODY can compare to Dr. Jones. My nerves were high and I had a toothache that was 9/10 on the pain scale. From the moment I walked in the assistant was so nice and caring and let me know she was there for me and explained everything nice and thorough. When I met Dr. Jones, within two minutes I felt safe in her hands and my anxiety started to ease by the minute. She let me know her practice may not be able to fix my problem, but she was going to show the other two dentists in the practice my X-rays and would get back to me asap. She let me know right away I would absolutely not be in this pain over the weekend and prescribed me antibiotics and medication and said she would call me after the meeting with her colleagues and go over my options. Again- the more she talked, listened, and consoled me the better I felt. I have never met anyone, dentist Or otherwise, so calm and compassionate. My only complaint is that she isn’t a general dentist and I can’t see her more often.

She even gave me her cellphone number to let her know if I was still in any pain. WHO DOES THAT?

If you’re a nervous nelly like me, want honest and compassionate care, look no further.

Dr. Jones and her staff provided the best extended dental service I have ever received. Dr. Jones made the experience of a two part root canal as painless and as comfortable as it could possibly be given the nature of my discomfort. She was upfront with each step from beginning to end. She consistently checked in with me to make sure I was alright. Dr. Jones’s bedside manner made the time I spent there fly by. Her approach to patients should be used as a model for all future dentists (general or specialists alike). I wasn’t just a patient on her to do list. She really tried to connect with me and ease my extensive anxiety around going to the dentist. There are not enough stars to show how good Dr. Jones and her staff are!!!!!!

I just had my root canal procedure done here and the service was absolutely wonderful. They found an opening for me that fit my schedule and Dr. Batsevitsky walked me through every process. My teeth are quite sensitive and Dr. Batsevitsky took that into account and made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Premier Endodontics to anyone who needs a root canal treatment. 10/10

Thankfully I have only had one root canal thus far, but now that I have seen Dr. Batsevitsky, I will never go anywhere else. From the initial consultation to the completion of the treatment my experience was excellent. I had a moderate amount of anxiety about getting a root canal but the people at Premier Endodontics immediately put me at ease. The office was clean and comfortable, their equipment was state-of-the art, and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Batsevitsky took the time to understand my concerns, answer all of my questions, and kept me informed during every step of the procedure. She even called me the next day just to see how I was feeling! My general dentist was extremely impressed by the quality of her work. Dr. Batsevitsky is a true professional, an expert in her field and most importantly a kind and caring person. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Dr. Jones has magic hands! I’ve heard some horror stories about root canals. Mine was easy and painless. Dr. Jones has a great manner to boot. They got me in the chair asap despite the covid shut downs and made it a stress free experience.

Premier Endodontics in Waltham is fantastic. I saw Dr. Kathleen Molgaard yesterday and she is super skilled, super kind and made the experience so amazingly comfortable for me. Not enough stars to compliment her fully! Her assistant/hygienist, Maria was great, also! Staff is so friendly and the office is meticulous. Very impressive!!

Dr. Batsevitsky (Bella), was so kind, patient and skilled, she really blew me away. The practice is highly equipped, runs like clockwork and all of the assistants are amazing, too. I don’t really want to get another root canal, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Premier Endodontics if I need another.

My root canal procedure took place on April 22, 2024. I would like to express enormous gratitude to Dr. Bella Batsevitsky for her care. She is very understanding, explanatory, answers all questions.
